
Chenery Park chefs Richard Rosen and Gaines Dobbins first worked together at the notable San Francisco restaurants, l’Avenue
and Boulevard.
Richard was born and raised in New York City, where he trained in classic French cuisine in some of NYC’s finest restaurants.
Gaines hails from the small Mississippi town of Belzoni, and honed his culinary skills under renowned New Orleans chef Paul Prudhomme.
Richard
and Gaines joined long-time friends John Bedard and Joseph Kowal to launch Chenery Park in the fall of 2000.

created by Chet Wryly. The CP staff is rounded out by expert kitchen staff and personable servers.
